Hotel & Administration Degree with Diploma by the Mayor University in Chile. With more than 24 years of experience in the tourism industry with specialty in the area of the hotel, has developed his career mainly in the areas of trade and operations in the most prestigious hotels of the country, among others, has occupied the following positions: Sales Manager at the Grand Hyatt Santiago Hotel, Marketing & Sales Manager at Villarrica Park Lake, Director of Marketing and Sales of Sheraton Santiago and San Cristobal Tower Hotels & Resort Chile and Sales Manager at Radisson Hotel. Currently, has been dedicated full-time to coaching management and rapporteurship to executives and training of Sales Techniques courses, Customer Service, Team Work and Communication with NLP, Integral Coaching which have been issued in different companies in Chile and other countries in the region and U.S.A.
