COACHING SESSIONS
First Session
In the first meeting, is displayed the current situation of the Coachee, versus the desired situation he wants to reach. Then begins the process that will enable you to find the most appropriate roads for reaching the goals set.
Following Sessions
The following sessions, the work is focus primarily on the map of thought, identifying the limiting factors, habits, behaviors, beliefs, attitudes and internal resources, by viewing the blind spots and working extensively in the domains of the internal dialog and emotionality. At the end of each session, a plan of action and commitment are agreed, together with a work of self-observation.
Plan of Action
In Executive and Commercial Coaching, the sessions are focus in the improvement of individual competencies of the executive, in all of the, knowledge, skills and attitudes, with an emphasis on the design of its own Plan of Action.
