Coach certified by the ICC (International Coaching Community) and member of the Chilean Association of Coaching.

Has a Master's degree in Security and Development, Diploma in High Management and a Bachelor's Degree in educational administration. General (Retired) of the National Police of Ecuador, specialized in traffic accidents at Carabineros de Chile, (Chilean National Police). Is the Founder of the SIAT (Service Traffic Accident Investigation) of Ecuador. As a police Officer, he served as National Director of Education, Health and logistics, in addition to serving as a professor for different educational units of the National Police.
